As a Client Executive In-Market Sales , you’ll align sales strategy with business goals to grow revenue and increase market share within an assigned book of business. You’ll lead consultative sales efforts that uncover client needs and align them with Esquire’s full suite of deposition solutions. In this role, you’ll manage client engagement from prospecting to account stewardship, with the added opportunity to lead enterprise-level accounts. It’s the perfect role for a strategic seller who thrives on building relationships and delivering value. Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue in assigned law firms and ZBFs (zero-based firms) through strategic outreach Align client needs with Esquire’s core sales pillars and solution offerings Manage the entire sales process including forecasting, pipeline, RFP support, and renewals Maintain deep knowledge of Esquire’s products and how they solve client challenges Use Salesforce and NetSuite to manage activities, track metrics, and report progress Deliver market intelligence and feedback to support product and marketing initiatives Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide after-sale support Represent Esquire at events, conferences, and networking engagements Support and grow enterprise accounts through QBRs, ASMs, and compliance monitoring Identify underperforming enterprise accounts and develop strategic growth plans What You’ll Need
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills; team-oriented with a client-first mindset Experience: 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience; legal industry experience preferred Technical: Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital research tools Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred Attributes: High-energy, self-directed, organized, adaptable, and results-focused What Success Looks Like
