As a Client Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in connecting customers with Verizon Wireless products and services through direct engagement. Backed by comprehensive training and regular evaluation, every Client Sales Representative develops expertise in presenting smartphones, data plans, and home internet solutions, while skillfully assessing customer needs and guiding each person through a smooth sales experience from introduction to activation.
Key Responsibilities Of The Client Sales Representative: Act as a direct sales expert for Verizon Wireless by engaging customers in residential settings
Perform in-depth needs assessments to identify communication and connectivity goals, recommending tailored Verizon Wireless solutions
Deliver clear, persuasive product presentations that highlight the value and benefits of Verizon’s offerings to convert interest into sales
Maintain up-to-date expertise on Verizon Wireless products, including devices, service plans, accessories, and current promotions
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to build trust and drive successful sales outcomes
Lead customers through the full sales cycle—from initial engagement and product demonstration to contract explanation and activation
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs aligned with the Verizon Wireless program
Accurately log customer interactions and sales details into CRM systems, ensuring compliance and high-quality record-keeping
Actively participate in training, product launches, and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and performance
Minimum Qualifications Of The Client Sales Representative: Up to 2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or similar client-facing roles; entry-level applicants with a strong learning drive are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills for direct engagement with diverse individuals
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a competitive mindset and proven ability to exceed sales targets
Strong passion for mobile technology and a genuine desire to help customers find tailored solutions
Quick-thinking and analytical, able to assess customer needs and recommend the right products
