What You'll Do: Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process. Work closely with your management to refine your skills. Build lasting relationships and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years customer service experience Basic computer proficiency for using customer management software and completing digital paperwork. Salary Description

$55,000-$135,000 annually
