: The Commercial Development and Sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. This position requires extensive local and regional travel, active participation in industry events, and consistent achievement of sales targets. Duties/Responsibilities: Promote and sell products/services to current and prospective customers using effective sales techniques. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to align solutions with client needs. Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and follow-ups to generate new leads and close sales. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints to maximize satisfaction and retention. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and report on progress regularly. Coordinate sales efforts with internal team members and other departments. Analyze market potential, track sales activities, and submit status reports. Provide management with feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products or services. Participate in trade shows, conventions, customer events, and local association meetings, including activities outside standard business hours. Plan, attend, and execute local events, sponsorships, and pop-up events to enhance brand presence and engagement. Stay updated on best practices, market trends, and continuously seek performance improvements. Education and Experience: Associate degree in Business or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. 1–3 years of sales experience required. Requires/ Skills/Abilities: 80% Local & Regional Travel / 20% Office-based work. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Proven sales experience with a successful track record. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to customer needs. High motivation, target-driven, with strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
