We're seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our experienced team. In this role you'll build lasting relationships with clients, sell tailored commercial and personal insurance solutions, and help drive new business.   • Base salary of $60,000, plus new and renewal commissions

Responsibilities
  • You can work from home unless renewing an account or prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and personal clients
  • Develop insurance quotes and customized coverage proposals
  • Conduct sales presentations and close new business
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with prospects
  • Focus on client retention and high-quality customer service
  • Participate in occasional overnight PAID travel (1-2 times/month)

Requirements
  • Active insurance license in your state preferred
  • Experience in commercial and personal lines insurance is strongly preferred
  • Open to experienced sales professionals with strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using agency software
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated
