In this opportunity, you will learn to evaluate investment properties, identify development opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+

Compensation: $150,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
