Construction/Roofing Sales Representative

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Construction/Roofing Sales Representative to provide outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact, ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience. You'll be responsible for understanding our products and services and helping clients find the best solutions for their needs. Responsibilities Serve as a technical resource for customers and outside sales representatives, communicating via phone and email to answer questions and secure orders. Prepare and fulfill quotes, reviewing technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy. Advise customers on product availability, pricing, and terms. Process all customer requests and orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with various internal teams (operations, logistics, purchasing) to ensure delivery dates are met and proactively communicate any shipment delays to customers. Manage customer issues, escalating to managers when necessary for prompt resolution. Experience & Skills At least 2 years of experience in a technical sales or support role. Experience in the construction/roofing industry. Strong aptitude for understanding product applications and technical specifications. Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, or ERP systems. Experience with HubSpot CRM is also a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a High School/Trade School Diploma with relevant work experience.
