OverviewRewards Architecture is responsible for designing, developing and administering sales compensation and reward/recognition architecture that attracts, retains and motivates sales teams to drive superior performance and results that align with business strategies.The Consultant, Sales Compensation Administrator is responsible for the monthly and quarterly administration of our sales compensation plans. They will also be responsible for maintaining all the commission administration data that is used for ad hoc reporting and quarterly reporting for senior leadership, as well as building modeling to articulate impacts on sales compensation and design decisions. They also serve as the point of contact for all our sales teams if they have questions about sales incentives.What is expected of you for success in your roleDemonstrates advanced knowledge of how to interpret and apply current market trends to establish and implement an effective sales reward structureWorks independently and generates conclusions around data to drive process improvements and system improvements and to increase accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness in support of sales rewards architectureCreates advanced compensation and performance analytics and reporting by synthesizing information from multiple sources for varied constituentsFacilitates/manages processes in a moderately complex matrix environmentProactively provides internal customers with quality experiences through effective communication; listens to customers\' needs and takes actions to meet themResponsibilitiesAssists in annual sales compensation plan design processBuilds financial templates and models to calculate sales compensation payouts and varied performance scenarios to show the financial impact of decisionsAssists/leads annual planning and maintenance of sales quotasTranslates compensation plan designs into detailed reporting requirementsAssembles sales-facing communications - effectively detailing plan designs, support processes and toolsPulls and analyzes data from various sources to calculate sales compensation payouts on a monthly and quarterly basisSupports process for measuring sales compensation plan effectivenessCreates and maintains SOP for sales compensation calculation and administrationAssists in the management of a robust compensation governance modelCollaborates with SMEs to ensure best practices and controls are regularly reviewed, implemented and followedCompetenciesApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projectsMay contribute to the development of policies and proceduresWorks on complex projects of large scopeDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
