This role focuses on creating innovative process control solutions while maintaining strong profitability. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of industrial automation with consultative sales skills to solve complex client challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and secure profitable automation and control system projects while meeting quarterly and annual sales targetsDesign and propose integrated control solutions building automation systemsCreate detailed technical proposals including system architecture, scope of work, and accurate cost estimatesProvide technical guidance on process optimization and control strategiesConduct site surveys to assess existing systems and recommend improvementsStay current with industrial automation trends and new control technologiesDevelop and maintain relationships with system integrators and end usersProvide technical presentations and demonstrations of control system solutionsReview and understand project specifications and MEP Drawing setsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred3+ years of technical sales and estimating experience in industrial automationComputer networking and server knowledge a plusProven track record of meeting sales targets in a technical environmentExcellent project estimation and scope development skillsStrong presentation and interpersonal communication abilitiesExperience with major automation platforms (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell)Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocolsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applicationsExperience in systems integration projectsBenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentivesComprehensive medical and dental benefits (employer/employee contribution)401(k) plan with company contributionPaid Time Off (PTO) and sick days6 paid holidaysCareer advancement opportunities tied to company growth
