Position based in Eastern USA You’ll manage strategic and material-science focused corporate accounts—Materials Science Imaging Solutions, material analysis, and microscopy equipment (digital and industrial microscopes)—to key industrial and research customers. Job Duties
• Maintain and grow sales in assigned corporate/industrial accounts territory. • Develop proposals, accurately quote pricing and delivery schedules. • Give technical product demonstrations and training to engineering and QC staff. • Partner with product specialists and field engineers to deliver full solutions. • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction; proactively solve issues. • Track and report on opportunities, pipeline, and account performance via CRM (e.g., Salesforce). • Gather voice-of-customer feedback to inform product enhancements. • Stay current on market trends and competitive solutions in materials science. • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events as needed.
