Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Counter Person to join our team! As a Counter Person you will assist customers with their automotive needs. Responsibilities will include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the stores appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry and knowledge in retail and commercial sales.

Responsibilities

• Ability to establish and maintain positive relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.
• Proficiency in POS and parts lookup systems.
• Stocking inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
