Blue Ridge Tire Center, a family-owned business for over 30 years in Salem, VA, is looking for on Inside Counter Sales and Customer Service candidate to join our team! The starting salary range is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. The following benefits will be offered to qualified candidates: Monday - Friday work schedule with overtime as necessary Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Simple IRA retirement with company match up to 3% Paid time off for vacation and holiday Company vehicle provided for outside sales calls The primary duties of this position will be greeting customers in person and by phone to determine what services they need. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with customers to decide what tires and or parts are needed, securing what is needed and working with the technicians to keep work flowing through the shop.
