The Counter Sales Associate is primarily responsible for assisting Summit's customers over the phone or in person and works closely with the Service Center sales staff and warehouse associates to ensure a high level of customer service. Exceptional service to external and internal customers is critical to the success of a counter associate. Must effectively partner with customer service representatives and warehouse associates as needed to maintain levels of excellence throughout Summit. What you will do: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations both over the phone and in person when fulfilling orders and helping with products Refills inventory with additional stock as necessary to insure highest level of customer satisfaction and choice Assists customer service representatives as well as warehouse associates at times when additional assistance is needed to meet customer demand Understands product capabilities, warranties, product usages and challenges, to further educate and serve external customer.
