General Plumbing Supply is a family owned plumbing, heating, kitchen and bath wholesale-distributor established in 1910. There are currently 23 locations across New Jersey and New York. We are looking to add a counter sales associate in our new Manahawkin, NJ branch. Responsibilities Provide quality customer service at the counter level, including writing and processing orders, answering questions on products, relaying pertinent order information to customers, and coordinating with other departments Discussing the use and function of different merchandise, and helping customers choose the products that meet their needs Assist with the pulling of orders and stocking the counter Manage returns of merchandise Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Inform customers about discounts and special offers Requirement Plumbing and/or HVAC/R knowledge/experience Strong communication skills Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Knowledge of the ERP Eipicor Eclipse is a plus Must be a team player able to achieve the goals and objectives as mandated by the Branch Manager.
