The Counter Sales Representative will manage the sales counter at our branch locations, which offer a variety of equipment, parts, and supplies from multiple brands. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

The right candidate for this role will possess the following: Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required) 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required) Great customer service and communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pass pre-employment screening Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
