As the CRM & Sales Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness for one of our rapidly growing product lines. You will lead CRM (Salesforce) management and optimization, streamline workflows, support data-driven decision-making, and enable the sales team with the tools, training, and insight they need to succeed. Thrive in a collaborative, supportive yet fun environment with a flexible, hybrid schedule What you will do at Integral Molecular: Map, document, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO9001 standards to uphold operational compliance and continuous improvement Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for our CRM (Salesforce) Train and support sales team to maximize CRM usage and adoption Oversee CRM implementation to ensure accurate data input, management, and actionable insights Lead the strategic use of CRM to maintain clean, reliable data that supports execution and forecasting for sales and product teams Ensure high standards of data integrity to enable scalable, insight-driven decision making The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, CRM administration, or a related role Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (e.g., Monday.com) Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills Experience in life sciences or biotech environment is a plus Integral Molecular is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
