CRO Sales Operations Manager (REMOTE)

Beaufort CRO seeks a Sales Operations Manager to partner closely with our Business Development team. This individual will design and implement reporting, analytics, and pipeline processes within Salesforce, while ensuring accurate data capture from external lead sources. The right candidate will help drive transparency into our funnel, improve outreach efficiency, and provide clear communication between BD leadership and team members.
Key Responsibilities Establish and optimize lead and opportunity management processes in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and standardization. Partner with BD leadership to create actionable insights for pipeline growth and opportunity advancement. Communicate effectively with the BD team, ensuring timely updates on opportunity status, lead follow-up, and overall progress against goals. Support adoption of best practices and provide training on tools and processes where needed. Develop and maintain BD reporting dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, outreach activity, and conversion trends. Integrate and streamline data from external lead sources, supporting segmentation and targeted outreach. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development Operations, or Revenue Operations (experience within a CRO, life sciences, or B2B professional services environment strongly preferred). Strong Salesforce experience with a focus on pipeline management, reporting, and process optimization. Familiarity with integrating external data sources and BI tools to drive decision-making. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
