Labatt Food Service is seeking a high energy, customer focused, motivated Customer Relationship Sales Representative who wants to build a career representing Labatt in supplying food to restaurant chains and independent operators in the Dallas market. Successful Customer Relationship Representatives must be skilled in communicating Labatt’s unique strengths and how the company is different in its industry. A career with Labatt involves forming new customer connections and nurturing customer relationships that last over many years.
Job Responsibilities
· Present Labatt’s unique business model to potential food-away-from-home customers.
· Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementing a new customer relationship.
· Build and maintain quality customer relations with the goal of forming
long-lasting relationships.
Personal Profile
· Active communicator with great listening skills.
· Has the patience and takes the necessary time to understand the customer’s needs and problems.
· A skill for observing other people and thinking of ways to help them.
· Energetic, goal oriented, and competitive, with personal examples of initiative and successful performance.
· The ability to multitask and prioritize in order to work on multiple prospects and maintain multiple accounts while constantly focusing on growth.
· Bachelor’s Degree or Chef training at CIA or equivalent.
· Experience in food service, restaurants, and / or sales is a strong positive.
