Key Responsibilities
Engage customers and small business clients in direct, consultative conversations to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services
Provide detailed product and service education tailored to each customer's needs
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication and follow-up
Input and update service orders and customer records in internal systems
Support team-wide outreach and sales campaigns through in-office customer support initiatives
Work collaboratively with peers and managers to meet or exceed performance targets
Deliver top-tier customer experiences while maintaining a friendly and solution-focused demeanor
Assist in local promotional efforts and brand awareness campaigns as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offerings, promotions, and updates
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation to our Houston office location
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people
Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office setting
Motivated by goals, learning, and ongoing personal development
Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
