Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact and face for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in our tattoo studio. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with their tattoo ideas, processing transactions, booking and scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive overall experience for every client or person that walks into the studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with tattoo conversations and quoting to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services like our aftercare and merchendise. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking effectively including weekly/monthly inventory . Supervise newer staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Social media publishing and taking photos for our clients and artists. Exhibit excellent phone, email and social media etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Foster a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout their entire experience before, during and after getting tattooed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client groups and artists. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with tattoo studios and settings is a plus, but not necssacary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and other sales associates and our artists. Experience in merchandising and stocking practices within a retail setting is beneficial. Ability to demonstrate products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
