ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Monte Folsom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
