ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Insurance license preferred (P&C or/and Life and Health)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
