Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about providing excellent customer service—while also having a knack for sales? We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative .
This role combines the best of both worlds: supporting clients with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to offer valuable products and services.
What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
Respond to client inquiries, process policy updates, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions
Support retention and growth through cross-selling and account reviews
Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset
Interest in sales and building client relationships
Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing support is available)
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
