As a State Farm Agent with 22 years experience, I have created a culture in my agency where it is not just another job but more like family. The team loves our monthly team building activities and annual retreats.  I have prior team members who have become State Farm Agents, I coach and mentor for success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
