What You'll Be Doing: Serve as a trusted resource for existing and prospective clients Answer policy-related inquiries and provide accurate, timely support Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-ups Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups Collaborate with the team to meet agency goals and drive growth What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor A sales-minded attitude and desire to exceed goals Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty & Life & Health licenses (we'll help you get there!) Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
