As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Kaneda - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Lihue. I have been a State Farm agent since 2001. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. We currently have 2 team members at our agency. We have 31 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
