What Youll Do:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable, friendly support

  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing, claims follow-up, and coverage updates

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or suggest additional coverage solutions based on customer needs

  • Collaborate with licensed team members to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Contribute to customer retention by delivering timely, attentive service

What You Bring:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

  • Comfort with discussing insurance-related needs and solutions

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Sales experience or sales-minded approach is a plus

Licensing Requirement:
This role requires a Property & Casualty Insurance License. If you are not currently licensed, we provide training and support to help you obtain it. Employment is contingent upon becoming licensed within a designated timeframe.
