Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales - B2B

Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) is looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to help generate new business leads and support customers in a business-to-business environment. This is not a closing sales role-you'll focus on identifying opportunities and connecting prospects with our outside sales team. What You'll Do Research and call potential customers to generate quality sales leads
Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to outside sales
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture relationships
Provide quotes, process orders, and answer product questions
Identify opportunities to introduce additional CFS products or solutions
What We're Looking For 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, or B2B lead generation experience preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations
Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Positive, team-oriented attitude
