Your role is to:Respond to inbound calls, leads, and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.Guide homeowners through our services (panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, safety inspections, etc.) and match them to the best solutions for their needs.Prepare and present clear proposals, explain financing/payment plan options, and follow up to close sales.Build lasting relationships with customers by listening, educating, and providing top-tier service.Work closely with our technicians and office team to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.People-first attitude – you enjoy helping homeowners and solving problems.Sales or customer service experience (home services, retail, call center, or related field a plus).Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and friendly both on the phone and in person.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable following up to close deals.Tech-savvy enough to use scheduling, CRM, and quoting software (we’ll train you).Compensation details: 16-22 Hourly WagePI0c74010782b5-35196-38534411
