Customer Service/Sales Representative

We are seeking a customer service/sales representative for one of our Manufacturing clients in Farmington, CT.
Hours: 7AM-4:30PM
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer and Vendor profiles database (QuickBooks and Access experience a plus).
Compiling, maintaining and updating records: setting job costs, creating purchase orders, and receiving orders.
Create documents and maintain database
Customer Service Representative Functions
Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries
Maintain Customer information, developing relationship with customers
Provide credit application to new Customers
Manage Customer concerns, addressing any issues in a timely manner
Work with the team to find appropriate solutions and implement process changes
Develop customer quotes, as needed
Other administrative and office responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (QuickBooks is a plus)
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing urgent needs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering a plus
