Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and sales. You will process incoming orders, communicate with customers and make modifications to order as necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through email, fax and phone.
  • Learn our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing quotes, purchase orders, invoices, applications, and requests within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Follow up on customer quotes and missing information on orders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in customer support.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $21 an hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
