As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients realize the full value of our software, from pre-sales demonstrations to post-sales activation and ongoing support. You will take a leadership role in guiding customers through the onboarding process, enabling them to achieve success with our platform, and fostering long-term relationships that drive value for both the client and SPARETECH.

About SPARETECH

SPARETECH's vision is to empower the zero-waste industrial sharing economy by enabling factory operators like BOSCH, PORSCHE, and AIRBUS to no longer store spare parts in their inventories, but rather receive parts when needed.
