Manage appointments and referrals to ensure clinic productivity and proper patient care. Develop and document diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and services per policies and procedures. Communicate treatment information clearly and compassionately to patients, parents, and staff. Exercise professional judgment within your scope of training and experience. Prepare reports, records, charts, and documentation to comply with legal, payor, accreditation, and policy standards. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The role involves exposure to health hazards, illness, and injury risks. Conditions may include frequent travel, extreme temperatures, noise, difficult terrain, and blood-borne pathogens.
