Overview of the Design Studio Specialist role You will inspire customers to express themselves in their homes, assist in-store and in-home with design consultations, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand.

Responsibilities

Utilize design expertise to assist clients with in-store and in-home consultations, driving sales.

Perform in-home consultations, including measuring and assessing living spaces.

Create and present design plans based on client needs and preferences.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to exceed sales goals.

Assist customers with services like gift wrapping, registry, special orders, and delivery options.

Demonstrate product knowledge, features, and benefits of the design studio assortment.

Criteria

Strong communication, clienteling, and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle complex orders across sales channels.

Design experience preferred.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs.

Availability to work full-time or part-time with weekend shifts.
