This position is perfect for a sales leader who wants to drive growth and enter new markets and has experience in logistics, storage, or moving. You will oversee Account Executives, develop strategic strategies, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to achieve results. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and assist a group of account executives in surpassing performance targets. Create and carry out sales strategies that increase revenue and market share. Work together to match campaign strategies with sales, marketing, and operations. Find and pursue new ventures in the manufacturing, healthcare, and education sectors. Oversee the whole sales process, including pricing and prospecting. Help close sales and cultivate enduring relationships with clients. Establish definite team objectives and routinely acknowledge accomplishments. Create a culture of communication and positivity throughout the team. Make sure everyone on the team uses CRM effectively and consistently. Represent the business at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry gatherings. What We’re Looking For 5-10 years of sales expertise in logistics, storage, moving, or workplace solutions. 3 years or more experience managing sales personnel. Demonstrated aptitude for creating and carrying out successful sales strategy. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
