Position : Director, Growth and Sales, Midwest Region FLSA Classification: Exempt Reports to: Lindsey Nurczyk, Managing Director, Partnerships and Growth, Midwest Start date : July 1, 2025 Location: Chicago, IL or: Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan Salary Range: $75,100 - $78,471 is the hiring salary range (i.e. the range a candidate would be offered to start). Please note: OneGoal aligns salaries to Cost of Labor, so the actual salary offered would be dependent on the Cost of Labor in the candidate’s living location.

(35 %)Growing our footprint in Michigan and Indiana by meeting new partner and service revenue goals. (45 %)Maximizing opportunities and promoting learning through cross-team collaboration.
