This role involves strategic planning, team management, performance analysis, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales goals. Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to managers and individual contributor. Conduct performance reviews and assist in implementing improvement plans as necessary. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess team and individual performance. Generate and review regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results. Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to address issues and enhance productivity. Planning and Execution: Develop and implement inside sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust accordingly. Create and manage sales plans, quotas and forecasts. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with senior leadership to align inside sales teams with expectations of various departments. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
