Position Overview The Director of Internet Sales at Ulrich Lifestyle Structures leads a high-performing team of Sales Professionals on a Sales Floor with inbound leads. This hands-on role is pivotal in driving sales performance, coaching team members, helping close deals and ensuring all customer interactions reflect the Ulrich Proven Process. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team success. Candidates must have experience managing sales and driving performance in a multiproduct, high-ticket, sales call center environment. Primary Responsibilities Oversee nationwide online sales for Sheds, Cabins, Custom Garages, and Horsebarn product lines. This position manages the Deal Pipeline from Discovery to Closed In person Factory Tours and Design Sessions for Cabins Virtual Design Sessions for Sheds, Garages and Horse Barns
Implement sales strategies and uphold the Ulrich Sales Process to drive team and individual performance. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve sales targets (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually). Forecast sales volumes for existing and new product lines. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including activity metrics and conversion rates. Assign tasks, evaluate job results, and take corrective action when necessary to ensure accountability and excellence. Address performance issues promptly to sustain a high-performing team culture. Coordinate with Retail Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with technology and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). 5+ years of sales experience with proven success in asking for the sale. Prior experience managing and performance-coaching a sales team. Strong analytical and forecasting abilities. Highly coachable with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to process adherence. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Competence with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Punctual and results-driven with a strong goal orientation. Compensation & Benefits Total on-target Compensation: $160,000 - $300,000 Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience) Bonus: Performance-based incentives Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match Other Perks: PTO, Professional Development Opportunities Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Work Location & Schedule Location: Ulrich Headquarters – Cleburne, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed Remote Eligibility: This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
