Overview Director of Outreach & Partner Success - Remote (Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Mental Healthcare Services) at Rivia Mind.
Role focuses on growth execution and oversight of business relationships with referral partners, community stakeholders, colleges, and universities. Responsible for establishing new relationships, strengthening current relationships, and growing Rivia Mind's patient population through referrals and targeted market expansion.
Job Responsibilities Establish Partner Development and Expansion (30%)
Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers; ensure performance goals are met or exceeded (30%)
Cross-Team Collaboration and Strategic Planning (30%)
Prospecting (10%)
Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers and develop/operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
Identify, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships with employers, benefits consultants, and TPAs
Develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy via cold outreach, referrals, email campaigns, and networking
Build and manage relationships with referral sources and partners across priority markets
Understand products/capabilities to create mutual value with partners
Establish standard outreach methods and serve as primary point of contact with partner organizations
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, communication, and market data
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize partnerships
Provide market insights to internal teams; participate in strategic planning
Gather/analyze data to inform decisions and grow referral strategies across states
Collaborate with Marketing to develop collateral and messaging frameworks
Share market feedback monthly to inform marketing and business development
Represent Rivia Mind at conferences and events
Lead and mentor the team; manage performance reviews and development
Collaborate with People Operations on job descriptions, hiring, and onboarding as needed
Support due diligence, expansion, and strategic planning with other teams
Promote a friendly, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management
Experience in Healthcare or Mental Healthcare required; 5+ years in behavioral health/healthcare preferred
Experience leading sales or account management teams
Top-tier performance in development/maintenance/growth of B2B customer accounts
Experience measuring and being accountable to defined sales metrics/KPIs
Ability to travel up to 40% for partner meetings
Strong project management and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); proficient with Google Suite, Monday.com, scheduling, and video conferencing
Authorized to work in the United States; English proficiency (native or bilingual)

Compensation & Employment Details Base Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 with 15% bonus potential
Total Compensation Potential: $115,000 – $143,750
Work Schedule: Flexible hours; travel varies (local day trips and quarterly overnight trips); reimbursements per Travel & Reimbursement Policy
Note: Reimbursements and employer-required expenses will not reduce take-home compensation below minimum wage.
Location Eligibility: Primary residence must be in CT, NJ, or NY for this role as it is remote-first and not fully on-site.
