Director of Sales Administration

Imperial is seeking a self-directed Director of Sales Administration to manage the overall customer service and order processing team, assist with implementing strategic plans, establish SOPs, improve process efficiencies, track productivity metrics, and enhance intradepartmental communication and processes.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

What You'll be Doing
Strategic Planning & Cross-Functional Execution
Implement strategic plans for the commercial teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to launch new programs and support current business strategies.
Assist the President, VP of Sales Operations, and other executives with special projects and duties as needed.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and hire Customer Service Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Order Processors, and Account Managers.
Lead training, development, and coaching initiatives for direct reports.
Foster strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Establish and enforce SOPs for customer service and order processing.
Lead process improvement initiatives and support new operational implementations.
Establish and monitor KPIs for order entry efficiency, accuracy, and credit issuance.Oversee and manage CSR annual expenses.
Reporting & Issue Resolution
Maintain weekly and monthly sales, commission, productivity, and other performance tracking reports.
Escalate and resolve operational or personnel issues; provide hands-on support to team members.
Utilize Power BI for data insights and reporting (experience preferred).
What We Need
Proven customer service experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales administration.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
Experience with web-based programs, ideally NetSuite and order entry software.
Administrative experience in sales operations.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
A detail-oriented and process-driven approach
