What You'll Do:

As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will take full ownership of building occupancy, developing strong referral relationships, and executing a dynamic marketing strategy that drives results. You'll lead the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to move-in - and have the autonomy to implement creative strategies that make your community stand out.

  • Drive and maintain occupancy growth aligned with community goals.
  • Proactively market to prospective residents, families, and referral sources - building relationships and trust.
  • Plan and host events, community outreach activities, and strategic partnerships to keep the pipeline full.
  • Deliver professional, compassionate tours that help families make confident decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, care teams, and operations to support long-term resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee lead tracking, reporting, and sales performance metrics to maximize your team's success.
  • Represent the community at networking events, professional groups, and local organizations.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of senior living sales experience preferred OR 5+ years of successful outside sales experience (hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or service-based industries a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven by both purpose and performance
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • Passion for working with seniors and their families
  • Ability to travel locally and participate actively in community outreach
