The ideal candidate will be an innovative sales leader adept at enhancing market penetration and overall revenue through strategic planning, team leadership, and the fostering of key relationships in the healthcare industry. You will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to connect individuals with top-tier assisted living solutions, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach consistent with our firm?s values of respect, integrity, and quality care. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement. Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting. Lead, train, and mentor sales staff to achieve sales targets. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks, and developing distribution strategies. Collaborate with Marketing to understand and capitalize on market trends. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units. Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Adept at business planning and knowledgeable in current healthcare industry standards.
