What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on financial automation solutions, particularly Accounts Receivable Automation. Drive outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and conversion for both prospects and existing accounts. Ensure quota attainment and consistent success through effective sales execution and coaching. Champion SaaS best practices and cross-sell strategies across the employer's digital portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market efforts and accelerate growth. What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales leadership experience in financial automation or fintech. Proven success in high-volume, early-stage pipeline development through to close. Experience in leading outbound-focused teams and managing upsell strategies. Strong player-coach mentality with the capability to mentor and present at an executive level. Ability to operate collaboratively and drive strategic alignment across various teams. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in managing high-volume sales environments. Familiarity with financial automation solutions and SaaS best practices.
