Position: Director of Sales Engineering - Strategic Initiatives Job Description: Arrow is searching for a Director of Sales Engineering - Strategic Initiatives to spearhead the creation of integrated technical solutions that encompass Arrow's diverse business units. By collaborating closely with NVIDIA and other pivotal suppliers, you will design a streamlined sales process that connects offerings across Components, ECS, and EIC. This role aims to align sales strategies into a unified approach, empowering customers to fully leverage Arrow's extensive ecosystem. As a key strategic leadership position reporting to senior management, you will ensure robust connections between Arrow's business units, suppliers, solutions, and sales strategies. What You'll Be Doing Lead architectural vision and oversight for integrated technical solutions across all Arrow business units.
Develop and implement sales engineering strategies that enhance growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Initiate and expand strategic supplier programs (beginning with NVIDIA) to streamline customer engagement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals with new market trends and opportunities.
Drive demand generation and enhance solution adoption through key suppliers, services, and partnerships.
Foster strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, establishing Arrow as a reliable, integrated solutions provider.

Proven business and sales expertise, along with a history of facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
Customer-focused leader possessing remarkable organizational and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Physical AI solutions (including robotics, drones, computer vision, and autonomous systems).
Prior experience within a reseller or distributor is required.
Strong executive presence with the capability to influence decision-making at the C-suite level.
Able to excel in ambiguous situations and lead significant transformational projects.
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or AI with 12+ years of experience, OR
Master's/advanced degree in one of the aforementioned fields with 10+ years of experience, OR
PhD/Doctorate in one of the aforementioned fields with 8+ years of experience.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model: Office presence required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Dry Creek/Panorama Office sites; remote working on Monday and Friday. Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $191,300.00 - $261,250.00 Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skills. The pay ratio between base pay and performance incentive will be finalized at the offer stage.
