The Director of Sales, Enterprise Dealer will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to our Top 50 Automotive Dealer Groups. You will be a hands-on coach who sets the tone for sales excellence, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help accelerate Experian Automotive's presence in the market and strengthening relationships with our most important clients.
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team focused on strategic growth within the Top 50 dealer groups
Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales and account management talent
Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings alongside your team to model relationship-building excellence
Collaborate with pricing, legal, implementation, and product teams to support complex sales and renewals
Leverage Experian's unique data assets to build tailored solutions for key accounts
Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline reporting and forecasting
Lead and coordinate RFP efforts to ensure competitive and timely responses
Promote a culture with a focus on customer experience, accountability, and results
You will report to VP Sales, Automotive
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive industry
7+ years of B2B sales experience in Marketing, Financial Services, Data, or SaaS industries, selling to national large dealer groups
Experience leading teams that manage large, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making
Experience coaching, developing, and retaining top sales talent
Experience creating custom solutions using complex data sets
Experience engaging executive-level clients and conducting impactful business reviews
Travel 60%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
