About the Role We are on the forefront of innovation with our advanced specialty chemicals manufacturing that focuses on delivering containerised, rapidly deployable production units. These units can manufacture finished water treatment polymers right at customer sites, significantly reducing logistics costs and carbon footprints. Our cutting-edge solutions support a range of applications including municipal and industrial wastewater, oil and gas, and pulp & paper. Key Responsibilities Utilize your extensive network to engage priority accounts and arrange jar tests or on-site evaluations to demonstrate our product capabilities. Negotiate master supply agreements and close commercial deals that drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including process engineers and regulatory staff, to ensure seamless transitions from trials to regular production. Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders, providing accurate forecasts and addressing potential challenges swiftly. Represent the company at major industry conferences such as WEFTEC, AWT, AWWA ACE, TAPPI, and SPE, gathering competitive intelligence. Ideal Experience 15+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in water treatment or process chemistry sectors (e.g., Nalco, ChemTreat, Solenis, etc.). A well-established Rolodex within verticals like municipal water, pulp & paper, oil & gas, food & beverage, or industrial water treatment. Familiarity with NSF 60 standards, AWWA guidelines, and the economics of sludge handling is an advantage. Capable of operating effectively as an independent contractor, with business expenses reimbursed at actual costs. Engagement Terms This role offers remote and flexible hours, allowing you to work on your schedule. The company covers sample freight, trial consumables, approved travel, and conference expenses. There is a clear pathway to a full-time executive position once mutually agreed revenue thresholds are met.
