Position Snapshot
Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule (8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)
Location: Vibrant hospitality venue in Saint Cloud, MN

Role Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Achieve sales goals by implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Client Development: Generate new business through proactive prospecting and outside sales calls.
Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Event Success: Plan, book, and execute successful events that exceed client expectations.
Who You Are
Experienced Sales Leader: 1-2 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry; sales management experience preferred.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing professional and courteous guest service.
Organizational Expert: Skilled in time management, multitasking, and maintaining attention to detail.
Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer operations with strong math skills.
Team-Oriented: Adept at leadership, delegation, and fostering a positive, goal-oriented environment.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Experience: Previous hotel sales experience preferred, but not required.
Licensure: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
Background Check: Employment contingent upon successful background check and drug test (cannabis ok)
