Requirements:

5+ years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort (mandatory) Extensive experience in international leisure and group sales A strong network of agency, consortia, and tour operator contacts Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills A strategic mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (required for work permit eligibility) Previous island or remote resort experience is a strong asset
