The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, and driving alignment and performance across sales and marketing functions. This role requires a hands-on leader with a player/coach mentality, who can actively participate in key deals while also mentoring the team. The Director will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product development, customer experience, and retention strategies, as well as to implement data-driven approaches to optimize all go-to-market activities.

Applicants for the Director of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of successful sales leadership in B2B SaaS, and a minimum of 5 years of general management and P&L experience. A proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, and partnerships is essential.
