Salary: Base + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE up to $200,000)

Job Description
Our client, a leader in the print and promotional products industry, is looking for a Director of Sales to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through hands-on sales leadership, maintaining key client relationships, and managing a team of experienced Account Executives. You’ll work remotely and come into the NY office a couple of times each month for in-person meetings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong book of business, a proven ability to lead sales teams, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of company offerings and leverage that knowledge to grow sales
Lead and manage the sales team (9 Account Executives)
Create, track, and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM system
Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to maximize profitability and repeat business
Address and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
Supervise, coach, and mentor sales team members
Conduct performance reviews
Travel as needed to meet with the team
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of sales experience in the print and promotional products industry required
2+ years of experience managing a sales team required
Existing book of business required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems required
Ability to travel to meet with the team, required
